Over a thousand crowded The David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh for The American Chamber of Commerce Executives convention, but a select few got a little something extra.

At booth #510, the first really fresh community marketing innovation in years made its debut. TownCast was received with responses like, "When can we start?" and "I'll be sending our Marketing Director to see you." Greta Ownby, CCE, Executive Vice President of the Oak Ridge (TN) Chamber of Commerce said, TownCast "gives a very human approach to selling your community ... this looks like a good way to introduce video on the web in a quality manner." Scott Hapner, Fort Collins Area (CO) Chamber of Commerce added, "...this would be a great tool for relocation, tourism, conventions ... people coming into the community for many reasons." "We're always looking for different ways to communicate our message", said Chermaina Roundtree, Member Relations Coordinator for the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, (Towncast) "seems like an interesting outlet for that."

TownCast community video digs deep into the community's roots, looking for the story inside the story. CommunityLink's CEO, Craig Williams, has always believed that every community has a unique story to tell and that if you look a little closer, you'll find it. TownCast takes that idea to a new level with a truly unique, grassroots approach; from the high rises to the hinterlands, we're unearthing stories of real people from real cities, towns and hamlets all over America. You've got a story to tell. Let's get busy telling it.
